Not completely satisfied? Return your Damascus Legacy knife within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
We Accept Returns When:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- All original packaging and materials included
- Leather sheath and accessories intact
- No signs of use, wear, or sharpening
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
We Cannot Accept Returns For:
- Custom or personalized knives
- Items showing signs of use or damage
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after 30-day window
- Change of mind on engraved items
How to Return
Simple Return Process:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email returns@damascuslegacy.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if defective)
Step 2: Get Authorization
We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
Step 3: Ship It Back
- Securely package the knife in original packaging
- Include RAN inside the package
- Ship to the address provided
- Keep tracking number for your records
Step 4: Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days

- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
