Not completely satisfied? Return your Damascus Legacy knife within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.


Return Eligibility

We Accept Returns When:

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging and materials included
  • Leather sheath and accessories intact
  • No signs of use, wear, or sharpening
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Custom or personalized knives
  • Items showing signs of use or damage
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned after 30-day window
  • Change of mind on engraved items

How to Return

Simple Return Process:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email returns@damascuslegacy.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if defective)

Step 2: Get Authorization
We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions

Step 3: Ship It Back

  • Securely package the knife in original packaging
  • Include RAN inside the package
  • Ship to the address provided
  • Keep tracking number for your records

Step 4: Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days


Return Shipping Costs

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Defective/Damaged Items: We pay return shipping
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Wrong Item Sent: We pay return shipping

Tip: Use a trackable shipping method for returns. We’re not responsible for lost return packages.


Refunds
